Exclusive to Italy, the Joel Edition was included in a bigger Joel Collector's Edition. The big box is sealed with a clear sticker and has a barcode sticker. It contains The Last Of Us (Joel Edition) and the following additional contents: T-shirt, iPhone 4 cover, PlayStation 3 skin, PlayStation Plus subscription card. A variant of the box set replaced the T-shirt and iPhone cover with a baseball cap.
